If your Solar Edge inverter has been disconnected from WiFi, often you can troubleshoot this issue on your own. Sometimes this can happen if you have changed your Internet Service Provider, network password, or network name. The steps to fix this problem manually are found below, or you can watch the video to connect through your SetApp. If you give these steps a try and it doesn’t work, then please reach out to us – we’re always happy to help!

To walk through the steps to manually establish a network connection, see below. This will require you to use a device such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You will also need the password for your home’s Wi-Fi connection.
