Leigh is the Manager of Operations and Policy for MDV-SEIA, a regional solar energy trade association that represents all areas of the solar market across MD, DC, DE, and VA. She focuses on advocacy, member engagement, and tracking market developments. Leigh is also a fellow with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and a native Virginian.

Peter is an architect in Alexandria, VA and a registered Architect & Certified Passive House Consultant. Peter worked on passive houses with solar panel incorporated in the design. He also teaches architecture classes at NOVA college.
Director of Engineering at Ipsun Power
Solar installations Designer and Project Manager with experience in planning, designing, procurement, and installations of solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems. Expertise in management of construction phase, evaluation of design team workflow, and strategy development aimed at enhancing design quality and team productivity.
Joel is President of Century Associates, a real estate development firm with experience in commercial, multi-family, institutional and government projects. Joel is also a registered architect. Working with Ipsun Power, Joel recently installed a 28.3 kw solar system on a commercial building he owns on the H Street Corridor. Joel will provide an owner’s perspective on the economic rationale for installing solar systems on commercial and multi-family projects.
